Applications will be accepted November 1 of the preceding year to mid-January of the year you will attend. For example, to begin your MFA program in Fall 2008 you would apply between November 2007 and January 2008. The deadline for submission of application materials to the Cinema Department and the SFSU Graduate Division is posted on the Graduate Admissions website. This includes resident, non-resident and international students.
