Advanced Production Spring 2009: Step One Applications due Nov 12, 2008

Step One application forms (PDF), are due by noon on Wednesday, November 12 (late applications will not be accepted). You must come see Scott Boswell in Fine Arts 422 any time prior to this date/time.

Bring the following with you:

1. Your completed Step One application (PDF).
2. A Blue Sheet (PDF) showing that you have:
   
   1. Received a “C” or better in Cine 200 and Cine 202
   2. Passed the JEPET or have taken ENG 214
   3. Completed your Segment I & II requirements
   4. Completed or are currently enrolled in at least two of the classes listed below:
      • Cine 300: Film History I
      • Cine 302: Film History II
      • Cine 340: Critical Studies 3

OR:

1. Your completed Step One application (PDF).
2. A blank Blue Sheet (PDF)
3. Unofficial transcript
4. DARS report showing the same prerequisites as above.

Scott can sign off your blue sheet if you bring a transcript, or you can have it signed by your advisor ahead of time.

The new Advanced Production Pool will be posted outside FA 422 by noon on Monday, November 17. Step Two application forms will also be available at this time.
