- Withdrawal – to drop class/university after the “Drop Deadline” (see Registrar's Dates & Deadlines)
- Petition for Incomplete – (Grade of "I") courses/and work must be completed within a year otherwise incomplete becomes an automatic "F"
- Grade Change – Correction of incomplete that allows new grade to be entered OR if student has valid reason to believe their A-F grade should be changed
- Waiver of college regulations – Special circumstances
